I was impressed. He arrived on time, well equipped & polite and amiable. Shampooed entire 1st floor, moving all the furniture in 2 rooms as requested. (Carpets last cleaned in 2006). Vacuumed all rooms, pre-treated stains/spots & shampooed room by room with special attention to baseboard edges. After carpets were a bit damp - left rooms �as is� with the AC on, dried fine. Had over 3� of rain during the cleaning. I feel drying time was acceptable. Results: excellent, carpets look, feel & smell fabulous. I will have him do our stairs & upstairs room later. Price quoted � excellent, very much worth the money! I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Scott was diligent about getting the stains that were in my carpet. They came out beautiful and he took his time to make sure that everything was to my liking before he left.

Our tenant moved out and left our apartment trashed in every sense of the word. The living room was the worst and although not all stains could be removed, he repeatedly went over the problem stain areas and gave it a great try! I really didn't think the carpet could be saved at all in the hallway, stairs, or living room. Now with the right furniture, our new tenant can just hide the stains on the side areas because the rest of the carpet came perfectly clean! Thx Bill! You are AWESOME! I couldn't have asked for a more professional job and for someone to have tried that hard to save our carpet it is nothing short of amazing customer service!!

Did not wipe sills and frames as advertised. Several windows were streaked and not cleaned very well.
