Bill upgraded our main panel, wired us up for a hot tub, and fixed some issues with our wiring. Bill offered the lowest quote, but that was not the only reason for choosing him. He was very professional and basically presented his quote in terms we could understand. Bill is excellent to work with. He doesn't try to solicit work you don't need. In addition, he gave my husband and me a 45 minute lesson on how to replace and upgrade our electrical outlets ourselves. He also told us we could call him any time if we had any questions or problems with the fixes he suggested. If you need an electrician, I would definitely recommend Bill. He has extremely reasonable rates and is truly a nice guy.

Bill was great! He diagnosed that the issue with our power shutting off was not an issue with our box but rather a problem that excel had to come out and fix by upgrading wiring from the pole to our home. Bill took charge of the situation and dogged the power company until they would even come out to look at the issue. They didn't think that it was their issue and it was several days and multiple phone calls from Bill to convince them of this. Thanks Bill for being so tenacious. excel eventually fixed the problem and due to Bill's great diagnosis, it did not cost us a dime.

Bill came to our house on short notice and installed our hot tub on a Sunday. Very professional and excellent work ethic. Bill does not settle for "good enough" work. Bill is good at what he does, but he takes his time. We had a lot of delays due to all the snow and him getting sick. A 2 day project took 3 weeks to complete. But in the end we are satisfied with his work. He also helped us patch up the holes he made with drywall on his own time.
