Overall, they were thorough, efficient and professional when actually doing the work. It was very difficult to schedule appointments. Several times he was "going to try" to swing by to look at our project. Same thing when coming to actually do the work. I had to call them several times to make things happen.

Bill was on time for his appointments, very courteous and knowledgeable. He called me promptly to provide a quote and also called to followup on our appointments. He was conscientious regarding the costs of materials. His work appears to be first rate and he guaranteed his work. I thought his service fees were reasonable and I will definitely be calling him again to handle more projects that we need done. I highly recommend him.
