In the plumbing business for 50 years licensed also in Florida. I have received awards from Boca Raton Florida and Media Pa. for projects that I done. I always strive to be the best and to make sure that my customers are happy knowing they will not have to look for another plumber in the future. I am a one-man operation and your calls we be answered by me, the estimates done by me and most impotently the work done by me. I am not interested in getting rich by overcharging people like most of the other companies. Please make me your first option to do you project you won't regret it.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Had a stubborn clogged toilet and a dead hot water heater. Bret Homes LLC contacted me quickly and was able to give me a same day appointment. Technicians were very friendly, experienced & didn't try to upsell me or take advantage. Estimate was very reasonable and the work was completed within a few hrs after first contact. Great experience and definitely recommend.

Overall a great experience. A true professional that explained each necessary step for troubleshooting and the final repairs for my my leaking bathroom sink. Reasonable rates. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Bill and his team for replacing my water heater. Their work was exceptional, Bill was very quick and responsive, straightforward, no BS. I had 3 plumbers visit my house for an estimate and Bret Homes undercut the price compared to the other two significantly. They showed up this morning at 9, finished replacement by 10:30, and I had hot water by 11:15. Excellent service, I will be keeping them in mind for the future.
I will say for notes; be sure to know what you are asking for, in terms of whether your heater is easily accessible, whether you'd want an expansion tank installed, etc. I was the one to suggest a slimmer tank to fit the gap that was available, as well as ask for an expansion tank, but once I did, no issue at all, very easy to work with.
