Bill's Sewer and Drain

Bill arrived promptly. In the course of clearing a sink drain he replaced the drain pipes of a 100+ year old house. He was very competent as well as a very nice guy. I highly recommend him

Paid him $1200 to clean out a clogged septic pipe. He came put his camera down and said he would come back in a few days to unclogged. Once he returned he used his machine for about 20 minutes ran water and said we were good. Next day septic backed up again. My husband ending up digging up the septic himself found where the clogged was and this guy Bill did not even touch the clog. He clearly didn't put his camera back down there. My husband ended up snaking a rope through thing a folded pool noodle and pulling it through. The amount of stuff that came out was just awful. It clearly showed he did not do he job. My husband kindly reached out to bill asking for the $900 back and he could keep the $300 for his time. Bill has yet to responded he could care less he provided poor service. Small claims court here we come!! We have video proof of the disservice this man provided.

Bill explained everything that needed to be addressed. He was professional reasonably priced and completed the job in a timely manner. Would hire again and will recommend to others!

Bill's service was excellent.He showed up promptly the morning after I called, and was able to unclog our kitchen drain. I had tried every home remedy that had worked for me in the past, so it was not an easy job.

Bill determined that the piece of the lawn I felt the drains emptied into was not the case. He determined that the drain emptied in another direction and I had no idea it went that way. He took care of the situation.
