Plumber came exactly at time of scheduled appointment. Brian was very professional, and courteous. I will be using Bilmark Plumbing and Heating for all my plumbing needs for now on.

On time neat and friendly

Bilmark installed a new tub and new sinks in my renovated master bath. The plumber installed the wrong rough plumbing for the shower faucet, even though they had looked at the faucet that I had purchased prior to beginning the job. Then they recommended that I return the faucet that I had specifically selected and buy a faucet which would fit the rough plumbing they had installed. I declined. So, they had to cut open my bedroom wall to access the incorrect rough plumbing and put in the right parts. This caused a delay in the project and an immense mess in the bedroom. I had to have them come back four times to correctly install the sinks so that they would not leak. Each time I had to arrange my schedule so as to be home when they arrived. One sink leaked into the cabinet where I had medicine stored. The last time I called about the leaky sinks, I simply refused to have the same technician come back again, even though he had been very courteous. Finally, the new technician got it right! I truly could not recommend this company.

Arrived promptly and completed the work the same day as it was a small project. We asked them to secure the pipes where the clips holding the pipes were damaged and it was not done. I am a senior and had to go into the crawlspace myself to do it. While they were here we inquired about a tankless hot water heated. We were told someone would get back to us and they have not done so (it has been 2 months)

Great fast service !!! Can't thank them enough for showing up on short notice clearing the drain today. Came in did what needed to be done and here we are worry free. Gave us some great tips what not to do. Great job guys saved our weekend for sure. Will be our go to plumber hands down if we need them again. Thanks again !!!!!

Huge recommendation for Bilmark Plumbing in Tuckerton. I needed some work done related to an old claw-foot tub on the island. Not only were they affordable and professional, they were on time (twice!) AND they discovered a potential issue with our plumbing created by a flooring contractor which could cause thousands of $$$ in damages if it were not corrected. Don't hesitate to call them if you need plumbing work done!

Not only did Marc repair my hot water heater by replacing the expansion tank and pressure valve but I recently contacted him to give me an estimate for an upcoming job. Marc was the most professional plumber I have met. He came from another job late in the day to give me an estimate. I needed it fixed right away so he stayed and repaired it after normal working hours. Faucet works fine and price was extremely reasonable. Marc was not only prompt and professional, he has experience and knew what he was doing. My shower jets were fixed and he got our heater working. Definetely would recommend this company! And the price was fair! :) :) :) we are happy!

Marc responded promptly, assessed my plumbing problems, gave me an estimate, and fixed the problems the next day.
