Biltmore Construction, LLC

Biltmore Construction, LLC have done all of my tenant improvements. They are professional and they work with right budget. I am grateful to Jeffrey Lowden for his team and his leadership.

Biltmore Construction did an excellent job for me at my mother's house in Reno, NV and our commercial building north of Reno. Jeff Lowden and his team is very professional. Their scope of work and bids are transparent and fair pricing. Their work was exceptional quality. They also found problems that our previous contractor missed, and they called me right away and corrected the old work for reasonable price. He had a superintendent assigned to each job, who communicated with me constantly with photos, emails, and lots of text messages. His guys showed up on time, and did a great job and cleaned up. As a General Contractor in California myself, it put me at ease having such a professional team running my projects from 500 miles away. They were on time, and on budget. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Biltmore for any construction project.

Responsive, knowledgeable and an expert in the field.

What can I say??? From the first conversation I had with Jeff, he treated me with kindness and respect. The following day, Brad called to set up a consultation date and time. Brad met with me and heard my concerns/problems with our current master bathroom. He listened and put my confusion at ease. He kept me in the loop and brought a few specialists (Steve Day, Steve White, Jason, and Jeff) over to further discuss, design, and plan my future bathroom. Jeff and guys understood that my husband is out of the area and they kept him in ALL conversations and discussions. Whenever I stray from the design and budget, they would keep me from straying too far. Jeff, took time out from his busy and hectic day to keep us abreast of the process. He kept us informed on all stages and he would call in the evening to check on us. Biltmore is an amazing company to work with. We are beyond honored and blessed to work with such a talented team. We cannot wait to have Biltmore work on our kitchen and update the rest of the house! Through the remodeling project, I’ve gained friends and a strengthened my faith. Thank you so much Jeff and team. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and a solid contractor, give Biltmore a call. They will bring that dream alive.

Couldn't be happier with our new fence. The Biltmore Construction crew did great work and the job was finished on time.
