I have used Rich for various jobs. He is always prompt and does a great job. I would highly reccommend him.

Rich was a joy to work with! I was impressed with his plumbing knowledge and the high quality of his work. You can tell he cares about the homeowner and pays attention to all the little details. He came the next day after I called to look at our problem and fixed it that same day for a great price. Really nice person, too! We highly recommend him!

Rich was on time and professional. He returned phone calls promptly. He handled the gas line de-installation well. I gave him an overall 4 because this was a simple job and I only rate people at the highest rating for more complicated projects done well. I would hire BIltmore again.

Rich was one of the few people I was even able to get a hold of when we needed to get our gas pipes replaced after a leak was detected in the basement. His quote was extremely reasonable (less than half what I got from a some of the bigger plumbing companies who were the only other ones to respond), and he got me scheduled as soon as he could and did excellent work quickly. I've got Rich's number saved in my phone and would definitely use him again and will recommend him to all my friends and neighbors looking for someone!

Rich did an excellent job replacing my main shutoff and bathroom vanity shutoff’s. Great guy who went above and beyond. I plan on hiring him for several other jobs.

I used Rich multiple times, for my own personal projects and for my real estate customers. Always first rate work, on time, complete, clean up after job. The last project Rich did for me was the installation of my Navien Gas Tankless Water Heater, and checking and fixing anything related to plumbing in my house. All work is incredibly neat and well done. He's efficient with his time and charges are reasonable for the quality. In addition, Rich did the rough and finish plumbing for 85 major residential renovation projects for a client of mine - from sewer to faucet. Same great ethic and quality work. It's been hard to find someone to cover now that he's left Arizona. :(

Richard's work is borderline artistic as far as attention to detail. His prices are very competitive and he's very good at what he does. I wish he never left Arizona.
