Your bin will be gently placed on your property with a unique roll-off system that will not damage your driveway. We arrive in a clean uniform with a tidy vehicle. You will be given a price in advance so there is no confusion or surprises. Once the dumpster is full, simply give us a call & we will return at the arranged time to pick up the bin. We even sweep up to ensure your home stays looking beautiful. Customer service is our main focus, allowing us to deliver a service that is consistently friendly, quick & reliable. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because I was so impressed by the customer service of the owners of this company - including a personal thank you note afterwards. 100% professional - they should give lessons to other local business on how to do things. Would recommend them absolutely.

They were very good about helping us to decide the size of the container we needed for this project. Indeed, we filled the container completely and all phases of our project were completed. So I felt I got what I paid for. It may sound silly, but the container itself was in good shape, clean, and dare I say, "pretty"??? Important when this big hulk is parked outside your house for a week!

I highly recommend using Nick's Bi There Dump That service in Des Moines. I found myself in a situation where I needed a large amount of waste from a house removed with a short notice. Nick was quick to accommodate with a bin that was perfect for a residential placement and was very clean. I even had to add a week to my order after the delivery which he provided without issue. Great guy and great service at a good value.
