We are very happy we went with Dale’s floors and granite. They were easy to work with, quick to respond to any inquiries and questions, and our granite looks amazing. Office manager Nicole was helpful every step of the way. Their prices also can’t be beat for all they offer! Highly recommend this company!

We had quartz countertops and backsplash installed in kitchen 2 bathrooms and utility, Two new tiled showers and tile around our bath tub. All work was done very nicely and look great. All the wookers were very nice and heplful. It took a little longer than expeted but we are happy.

Project was to tear out two walls to create a large open area in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Additionally, granite countertops were installed in the kitchen, new vinyl plank flooring, and carpeting in the bedrooms. All aspects of the project exceeded our expectations in quality and workmanship. Spencer and his crew were fantastic to work with. I always got an immediate response if I called with a question. I would hire Spencer again in a heartbeat if I have another project come up. We really enjoy the new openness of our house.

No question. If they are available, hire them. I needed a new bathroom and I got it. Spencer and his guys are the best. Ask for Matt to handle your work. And if you are doing tile ask for Noe (not sure of the spelling, but pronounced know-ee.)

At first, they were very attentive and patience with us while we made up our minds on the granite we wanted. Once the project started it was a different story, needless to say we are extremely disappointed in the overall experience, lack of communication with scheduling and how we got bumped around like we did not matter. We were patient with them just because we had started the project and did not have time to restart with a different company, or else we would have. The lack of attention to detail and guidance caused our sink not to be centered with the granite, no bids for plumbing and made us pay for work that we disagreed on. The only reason I even gave them 2 stars is because they actually showed up on time on the day they installed the major parts of the granite and my wife liked the way the counters turned out. Multiple things were done incorrectly or had to be followed up on because it was not done right the first time or was planned poorly. We are looking to get more work done around our house and I will never work with them again ****UPDATE***** Spencer called me after he read the reviews, not to understand what happened but to tell me I was wrong for my review and it was bad karma to leave my review. Almost harassing me and having the sub-contractors call me as well. He was pleasant to talk to and deal with as a person but can’t say that anymore after the voicemail he left me.

This project was to tear out existing tile in my kitchen countertops, install granite countertops and backsplash, remove existing sink, and install new faucet. Everything, from start to finish, was a pleasant experience. Even though I pretty much knew what I wanted accomplished, the tradesmen made a few suggestions along the way, which I asked them to incorporate, and the project turned out better thanks to them. During the process, I had some questions, and they were all answered. I was never made to feel I was interrupting them as they worked. They all worked diligently, and were very pleasant while doing so. I enjoyed interacting with all of them. Bottom line: I could not be happier with the result.

You could not ask for a better team than Spencer and Austin and every single subcontractor who came to our home. From the detailed bid to the final finishing of the remodel, everyone was ethical, professional and talented. A remodel is never easy, but I feel we had the best possible experience and team with beautiful results. We'd hire them again for other jobs.

I had to have my counters replaced as well as some tiling issues corrected. They did a great job coordinating everything and getting all the work completed in a timely manner. My kitchen looks amazing, and the price can't be beat. Thank you!

Renovating an existing kitchen takes a lot of time and mess. They got the granite installed within 2 weeks after I chose the granite but then it took a week to complete the job, with a few hiccups. But I am very pleased with the end results. They were very good about making sure things were done to my liking.

Spencer was great to work with! I am very happy with my bathroom renovation. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted before i started the process. Spencer listened and did everything he could to make my concept a reality. He made a number of recommendations that added beauty and functionality to my bathroom. I will absolutely recommend him and his company.
