Many thanks to Biniek Specialty Contractors LLC for such a great job today! Recent high winds blew off one of our EcoStar roof tile caps. They were quick to respond, and very thoughtful in their inspection. They analyzed what needed doing and offered options regarding the roof repair. Paul and his son were friendly, very knowledgable, and courteous. Biniek has now gone to the top of my list for contractors regarding any roof issues we might have in the future. Thanks!

We worked with the Biniek team for our full roof replacement. Paul and Amber were both so responsive and were able to answer any questions we had. We had the initial consultation March 15th and already have our new roof installed as of the date of this review. We are super happy with the way everything turned out. The crew was super respectful and tidy and really did a great job. The quality and value is top notch and the whole process was super easy from start to finish. Would recommend the Biniek team over and over! Thanks guys!

We had this Company out in the past to replace our roof. We recently hired them to replace our gutters. The work was good. They made some recommendations to improve the way the gutters drain and that has been very helpful.

I had a tree fall on my house. Biniek Specialty Contractors were fantastic. Paul was great with working with our insurance company. They replaced our roof, siding, gutters, and shutters. Very professional, excellent communications, and a pleasure to work with. We are so glad we went with this company. They got us through a very difficult time. I give them the highest recommendation. I only needed an inspection of our roof. Our neighbors had severe hail damage to their roof and I wanted to ease my mind about our roof. I was pleased Biniek rep showed up on time, was very professional and didn’t make me feel I was wasting his time. I was informed with honesty that our roof was in good shape. No damage. I was impressed with his with the fact he wasn’t looking to turn this into a job if it was not needed! I would recommend this company just from the professionalism and honesty I received. Then to top it off, no charge. When the time comes, I will be using this company.

"Your statements are not an accurate representation of the job. Your statements are also slander. We honored the contract. All work was performed to the scope listed on the contracts documents. The house was not trashed by our crew. The house is surrounded by flower beds and Approximately 20 nails were found in the flower bed area. We picked those nails up before finishing the job and asking for payment. I personally handled the job from start to finish. Anything you questioned or needed I took care of immediately. You had many special requests with your job. Including not entering driveway with a shingle delivery truck. Not going in certain places in the yard with equipment. Not having the satellite or TV antenna down at all. The only complaint you had and it was on day # 2 was that nails were in the flower bed. We were not 100 percent complete with the project yet and they were picked up as soon as you asked us. I KNOW WE DID A GOOD JOB. I KNOW I COMMUNICATED EFFECTIVELY WITH YOU. ANY COMPLAINTS WERE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY WE ALWAY MAKE THINGS RIGHT AND RESOLVE ANY PUNCHLISTS WE TRY TO PLEASE EVERY CUSTOMER. I have placed a call to you to discuss this review. He uses quality materials and does an excellent job. They arrived around 8:30 a.m. and by 2:30 p.m., they removed the old shingles and gutters replacing them with new. They were efficient and professional. Afterward, they ensured that all debris and nails were picked up. They took extra care to work around my flowers that were in full bloom around the house. Everything was cleaned up and they were gone by 3:30 p.m. The only indication that anyone was here was the beautiful new roof.

Paul Biniek from the estimate phase to the completion of the project was very professional and responsive to all questions and regarding the project. Paul and his workman took the time to explain the products, the processes and work to be done. We had our roof (house w/front porch, addition, 2 car garage and shed) completely replaced. The old shingles were removed and replaced with GAF shingles. There was extra work as a result from damaged planks on the main house roof. We were extremely picky with finding a roofer. Some of the factors that we looked at included: experience, cost, materials, and warranty. We chose Biniek Speciality Contractors mainly because Paul is GAF certified and one of the only roofers to let us know the materials he would be using. We picked the roofing plan that will have an inspection that must pass 100% by GAF, along with an exceptional warranty. William, the foreman, along with the other roofers were extremely knowledgeable, professional, hard working, and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. When they are finished, Paul wants you to be satisfied with your roof. I would highly recommend Biniek Speciality Contractors.

We were not an easy customer for Biniek, needing to reschedule more than once and having some special considerations too, but Paul really did prove he is concerned about the customer and the quality delivered. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project, which included not just a GAF architectual roof replacement, but aluminum soffit/fascia replace too.

Paul noticed small things that needed to be done and suggested fixes for them as part of the contract. The team who came out to install the new roof and new skylights was great. They were very polite, personable, and hard-working - especially in all the summer heat! We were very pleased with the project.
