They responded quickly. They came at the time they said they would. They came in got the job done and were freindly and kind in the process. It didn't take them long to do what needed to be done and then they were gone. If everything went that smooth life would be grand!

I wish they had replaced the plastic inserts around the exterior of eash window with new ones, instead of using the old ones which had holes in them.

They did call promptly, and they did send a person out to look at our window. There is a large crack in the inner pane of a double pane window. I haven't had any experience with glass repair of residential windows, but the price they quoted seems quite high. I provided them a deposit for about 50% of the quote so they could get the glass ready. It has been 11 days since the charge for that was posted to my credit card, and I still haven't heard back from them. In all, it has been 2 weeks since I submitted the request for a glass contractor through Service Magic, and I still have a cracked window.

Steve did a great job. He was courteous and completed the job rapidly. He cleaned up his work area after he was done. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Very happy!

The installation team was on time, clean, respectful and knew what they were doing. Also, the doors arrived early which was much appreciated. We really appreciate their professionalism.

Took 50% of the money for the job and has yet to deliver. I ordered the work on 12 Nov and as of 26 Nov 10 I have received no service. They never contacted me to give a status. I called them on 23 Nov and was told they were running behind because of the holidays. They told me on 12 Nov they needed 3 to 5 business days to get the piece I ordered. That was a lie. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Repairman showed up on time looking very professional. Repaired the residential window quickly and completely cleaned up the area.

Even though the there was a delay in the arrival time from the scheduled appointment the installation & clean up after the job was very satisfactory. The installer was very professional & courteous. I would definitely use them again!

Good communication so I knew exactly what the cost would be and they were very methodical and careful with glass extraction and removal from home. It was a hot day so it took longer for sealant to dry which precluded them from cleaning the windows as good as I would have liked.

The staff is very very helpful and courteous. From the start they answered all the questions I had, had great communication, and the installers did a great job. I would call them again for any window repairs or replacements.

came out -gave bid- am waiting for more bids from others. Have problem with bars on the windows.Don't know if the cost is worth it!!!

Service was prompt and friendly. Original hardware for door was incorrect but company replaced when received from manufacturer. Original doors did not hang straight. Had to be reordered. Binswanger very willing to make correction.
