Adam did a great job explaining everything to me. We have two units and both needed repaired. Upstairs system was a simple fix and cost me around $125. Downstairs system was more complex and cost me around $595. It has been two weeks now are both units are working Awesome.

Adam was our technician and did an Awesome job explaining what was wrong. He also trained us on how to use our heat pump which saved us lots of money on our electric bill over the next several months. Great communication. Quick turn around time as well.

Tyler and crew did an excellent job on installing our new furnace. Tyler is very professional, courteous and conscientious about his work. Pricing was better than other dealers and had the quicker turnaround time. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a furnace.

Tyler was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, spent extra time to answer questions and very thorough explaining use of furnace settings. Fixed flaw in return pipe on his own dime!

THE FAN WOULD NOT STAY ON THEY GOT IT FIXED ON A SATURDAY FOR ME HOWEVER THE FAN STOPPED AGAIN I JUST CALLED AND THEY WERE MORE THAN CONCERNED AND WILL BE CALLING BACK TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO COME BACK EXCELLENT RESPONSE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ACCOMMODATING MAKING ME BELIEVE THERE ARE STILL GOOD, HARDWORKING, HONEST BUSINESS MEN OUT THERE!

These guys are great! Very professional, knowledgeable and very reasonable in their pricing. They went above and beyond what I expected and did an excellent job of quickly fixing my furnace and also fixed another problem with it that I wasn't aware of (the furnace lacked a shut off) and they not only installed one but put in a fuse breaker to prevent he furnace from getting damaged again due to a power surge from a recent thunderstorm. I will definitely hire them again!

When we had Tom Binz visit us to get an idea of what plumbing problems we needed repaired or changed, none of us were aware that the jobs would be so involved. But, with 25+ year old plumbing, Tom wasn't surprised. He certainly knows what he's doing, and we'll be using him again.

Job was more complicated than merely cleaning the system. Plumber was tasked with finding the cause of toilet bowl gurgle after customer had installed another bathroom, and once found, providing adequate solution. Tom was exceptionally fair in his pricing and professional in approaching and rectifying my plumbing problem.

Needed Ac installed in our home. Called Binz, they gave us a very reasonable quote within two days and installed that week. They were very professional and I would recommend their service.

Tom Binz is courteous professional who charges reasonable prices for work that is done on-time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and to call him myself for any plumbing or heating needs. It's good to know that tradesmen like Tom are available.

From the time Mr Binz came to my home and diagnosed the problem it took him 9 days (without any contact to me) to return with the part and install it . The part cost $10.00 and his cost for installing this part was $100.00 which I thought was a very high cost (especially for a senior citizen). I would never hire this company again. Not recommending.

I had a water heater go bad and within minutes of my email Binz plumbing called and set up an appointment that day! Several hours later i had hot water!!

Tom repaired the water heater, and told me that the furnace did not have a leak. That was very honest of him. He is a very nice man,fast and efficient.

Was not able to complete the job and referred me to a good company who could take over the rest of the job.
