"We accommodated Gary in coming to his property on the Sunday of a holiday weekend and did not charge an additional fee. In addition, we accommodated him in trying to install the seal to his shower door the way he wanted, even though it was not the proper way to install it. We offered a credit of 25% back because we completed the rest of the remediation but could not install the seal in the manner suggested, as he wanted us to guarantee that it would be watertight. Gary refused and instead demanded a full refund, even though we completed the rest of the work order. We managed to come to a resolution that he would pay his full invoice if he would allow us to install the shower door seal properly. We have since returned to install it and have completed the tasks that were part of the scope of work. Gary still has not yet paid the remainder of his invoice and is trying to withhold payment."
