My technician was great, informative and thorough in his work. He relieved a lot of fears I had regarding the infestation. He also offered his services if I had questions or issues in the future. I thought the price was a little high, but I have no experience in this area, so I'm sure it was probably a fair price for the extensive services performed.

I had a trouble tenant that brought in bed bugs and roaches. When I scheduled an appointment to get them taken care of, the tenants had not cleaned the apartment. I hadn't checked out the unit for a bit and it was trashed. Chris from bio chem called me and informed me how bad the apartment was, took pictures for me to review, as well as let me know that treating the apartment in that condition wouldn't help and we should reschedule after the tenants had cleaned. Well with this new knowledge, I was able to crack down on my messy tenants and send him back out after it was cleaned. Just by informing me of the issue, he saved me time and money.

Biochem came out the same day I made my initial service call. The tech was friendly and very professional. They sprayed everything thoroughly and made recommendations on how to keep my pets and chickens safe from the chemicals. They have since come out 3 times and each time they have been fast, friendly, and efficient. They stick by their guarantee and strive to ensure I have great customer service. They have been a pleasure to use, especially after the last pest control service I used. I'm sure we will have a long term service provider with Biochem.

Prompt, very clean, wonderful customer service, very personable people, from the office people that helped me and my wife out, to the technicians that did a spectacular job on our Termite Treatment and repairs made to all the damage those things did on the inside of my home. Couldn�t have asked for a better company to go threw, switched my pest control over as well, and what a difference from my previous company I had for almost 4 years. I thought all the pest control company�s were the same, Bio-Chem is definitely a step above the rest.

I usually don't do reviews but after my experience with Chris I just had to write this! I came home one evening and happened to see Termite tubes. I saw the reviews Bio-Chem got on here so since I didn't know anywhere else to turn. Imagine my surprise when Chris answered his phone at 8:30pm! I was simply expecting to leave a voice message and have my call returned perhaps 2-3 days later. He was very nice & professional and the best part about it.he was here the next day at the time he stated he would be. when he got here he explained everything like a termite professor!!! he helped us so much! and now no more termite!!!! clean, professional!!
