Miracle workers! Simply the best company we could have found for a sudden hideous situation. Passed away tenant who was also a hoarder!! Tina and Tim jumped into action and made something so horrible very bearable. Knowledgeable, compassionate, considerate of the home and possessions, friendly and funny to boot! We could not have asked for better service they truly went above and beyond. Tina, Tim, and their Team will take such good care of you and your property. The only call you need to make!

Not only did they come out and give us an estimate, they took our favorite wool rug away to clean. It came back beautiful, missing the cat puke spots! After answering some questions for us, we got a short tutorial on how to protect and spot clean our wool rug. He did not have to spend so much time with us, but he did.

The 2 young men/Techs that cleaned our bedroom and living area carpets and day room plus 2 chairs did a great job and very professional. BIOClean techs also were so honest. BioClean gave me a discount for their services that day due to using them via Home Advisory. I wrote the check for full amount and the Young Man came to me and said, "I over paid and gave me the Check back, " I rewrote it for the correct amount.. The young men/Techs were very polite and professional. We just moved to the area from another state, I just hope everyone else we have to work with in the near future are as honest and do a great job like this Company.

The gentlemen that we dealt with were very friendly and nice. They told us that cleaning our rugs could be difficult. The rugs were returned on time, but still had wet spots, as though they had noticed at the last minute that the soiled areas were no better and tried to clean them again. They took $25 off the bill because of this.
