This review has been long overdue (and was already written once last year). Joe is the absolute worst when it comes to communication AND standing behind his work. He will complete the work, but any follow-up that is needed such as replacing dead bushes (a few months later) he originally installed AND diagnosing issues with our drip system, goes unanswered. Long story short, one of our bushes died a few months after it was installed, and to get Joe here to replace it was like pulling 4 impacted wisdom teeth. He went from no communication, to communicating a day to replace the bush and making me drive home for lunch, only for him to not show up, then going to no communication again. It was not until I left a 1-star review here that he finally reached out. Fast forward to this year, I reached out to Joe once again as our one and a half year old drip system stopped working in our back yard. Again, this was installed by Joe. And once again, itâ s like pulling 4 impacted wisdom teeth to get Joe out here. And again, Joe text me that he was going to be at my house this past Monday to look at it. And again, Joe ghosted me and did not show up. And again, he is not responding to my messages. Joe charges quadruple the cost that anyone else charges and he touts that it is all quality work and he stands behind it. My above statements say otherwise. It has been a headache for my wife and I to deal with Joe. At this point, Iâ m going to find a different landscaper to pay so they can fix the issue. And looking at Joe BBB complaints, I am sure he will come up with some excuse and not take any accountability or say how he has â 100 positive reviews with everyone from here to â Timbuktu . Joe does not keep his word. Joe actually text me after a google review was posted and sent me a copy of his baseless response and ended the text with â do no t contact us again . As you can see, Joe s true colors come out when someone is dissatisfied with his terrible communication AND poor workmanship.

Tip Topâ s service was an amazing value at a very reasonable cost. Joe was very upfront and honest about the time and effort involved when he provided me his estimate. Joe and his crew were professional, punctual, respectful, and expedient in their operations. They communicated with me and amongst themselves like a well-oiled machine over the day and a half they spent working at my residence. They felled four large trees and expertly pruned over a half-dozen others handily and without delays; these guys know what theyâ re doing and they enjoy doing it. I will definitely hire Tip Top again and for more than just tree services; it is a full-service landscaping company. I am recommending Tip Top to my friends, family, and neighbors.

Very nice team came out to remove the tree. Right on time, took less than two hours and offered several good ideas. The price was very reasonable, I WILL use rhia company again.

This is the second time I've used Joe's service. Once again he and his team provided excellent service. They replaced an existing concrete patio and sidewalk with large flagstone pavers. The team's quality work was done in the time frame promised. A follow up visit was done to make sure everything was as it should be, which I greatly appreciated. Joe and his crew were very professional and courteous. They not only installed new sod and sprinkler system but also trimmed my tree, junipers and topped off my pea gravel. Overall an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommended !! Tip Top SF, LLC did an excellent landscaping job in our back yard with a combination of gravel, trees, bushes, SOD and a drip / sprinkler irrigation system to keep it maintained. Plus a beautiful paver patio walkway and table area in the middle of our grass area. The whole crew was extremely professional, courteous and very dedicated to doing a great job !!!
