They were exceptionally nice people who did a great job with communication through texts, emails and phone calls. They answered all of our questions, no matter how trivial they were or what time it was. They also came back to re-check an area in our home that we were concerned about without hesitation or extra costs. We still have a couple of tasks we need done, and we are sure they will do a great job!

Bio- Pro went the extra mile for ur company. I was quoted 2700.00 for a project. Project was larger than expected but owner discounted extra services to help stay within our budget. in 26 years of working with contractors I have never met a more honest, trustworthy Contrctor.

Finley was someone I would absolutely recommend, and someone I will definitely hire again. He was very thorough in his job, and even went back the next day to finish one small aspect of the job because the owner wasn t giving him space to do it the first day. I had so many questions for him, and he answered them all. I hired him from across country for a house we were trying to buy and he answered my calls and helped me every step of the way. We hired Finley Surgener of Bio Pro Restoration from Shelby, Ohio to remediate a mold problem in the basement of an older home that we were selling. We were up against a time line for completion. I called him on a Saturday and explained our situation. He set an appointment for the following Monday morning, came and gave us an estimate, and started the work within a couple of days. Finley kept in contact with us through text or phone at least once a day, giving us an update of the process. He finished the project within a week, remediating all the issues from the report given to use by the buyerâ  s realtor. I had contacted 3 other companies in the area and Bio Pro Restoration was the most reasonable with regard to cost and time efficient ( getting the job done) of them all. I have been in the education business for the past 40 years, dealing with the public, and other professionals. I know how hard it is to find quality people, who are ethical, reasonable, and customer friendly. Finley installed a generator switch and upgraded my outdoor lighting system. He researched both projects and provided an excellent solution at a reasonable cost. The wiring work and systems mounting is a complex job, and Finley delivered pure professionalism. I would highly recommend his work for anyone looking for this type of solution.

Finley and his crew did an amazing job. They were prompt, professional and courteous. They worked with me on my projects. They painted a large master bedroom and garage, including intricate trim and window work, and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again - and you should too!
