They showed up quickly and addressed the situation with expertise and professionalism. I was blessed to work with such knowledgeable and helpful personnel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of water removal recovery. Besides helping with water removal, they also helped to address the source of the problem and correct the failing sump pump issue. All personnel I worked with were highly knowledgeable and professional!

From beginning to end the experience was great. I discovered white mold on some rafters in my attic and requested estimates from multiple companies to get rid of the mold. I received quotes to clean the rafters from four businesses. However, BioPure, the last one to visit and provide an estimate, was the only company that investigated to determine the source of the mold. And their price to remedy the source problem and clean the rafters was better than their competitors who were prepared to apply a topical solution, which incidentally would have had me calling again because the cause of the mold would have remained. Suffice it to say, I am very pleased that Falls with BioPure was the Inspector to come out and perform the inspection and provide the estimate to remedy my mold problem. Hands down, I will attest you need to call BioPure, not last but first, to review your mold concern. If your experience is anything like mine - you'll be glad you did!!! (4/14/21).

Working with BioPure's rep, Falls, was such a pleasant experience. Communication was top-notch . . . Appointment made, reminder text the day before, text the day of updating his ETA . . . all helpful. Same helpful updates when his HVAC crew was to arrive for the actual work. Anytime I had more questions for Falls, he called me promptly. Everyone arrived when expected (allowing for updates), worked efficiently, answered any of our questions about the process, treated our property with respect, and cleaned the access to the work space after they were done! We even came in under budget! I'd recommend them to anyone!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
