ThIs is a good company. The only reason I didn't rate customer service 5 stars is because they were sometimes a little slow getting back to me. Nevertheless they came through and responded before long. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Professional, forthcoming and quick response. After hurricane Michael there were lots of vultures and low life's trying to take advantage of the victims. Nicolas responded quickly completed the quote, which was below what I expected, and they stuck to it. Manny responded with his crew and completed the remediation in a timely, safe, clean and professional manner. The major thing they did was showed concern for safety, compassion for the victims and respect for you and your property. Great Job, Thanks!

The people, especially the lead Manny Pozo, was professional and personable. They used more time and equipment than estimated to dry out a troublesome are that concerned me and never once even suggested increasing the bill. They went well beyond my expectations.

As soon as power returned to my condo building following Hurricane Irma I hired a Florida state licensed mold assessor whose detailed documented reports included a prescribed protocol for mold remediation. After difficulties dealing with several mold remediation companies, my luck changed when I got a call from Alfredo P. at BioResponse Restoration in response to a search I had done on Home Advisor. Our initial phone contact was almost unbelievably promising, and I had him inspect all three of my condos, hiring him immediately. Alfredo P. personally introduced me to the project manager for each job, who supervised the work of the technicians, all of whom performed with the same remarkable courtesy, punctuality and efficiency. The bill for the mold remediation was sent directly to my property insurance company, so I was spared that advance stress and expense. From beginning to end the finest details of the job were explained, whatever timing and exigencies of my tenants were respected and accommodated, and at the end another mold assessment was scheduled, the remediation equipment removed only after the final clearance reports were sent. I wish I could give them more than five stars! BioResponse is by far the BEST.
