Chris is the best! Heâ s professional, honest, knowledgeable and truly cares about his customersâ well-being. I had mold and he had to tear out multiple walls to clean it all out. The project went longer than expected due to leaks and he patiently kept working, checking and testing until everything was clear and passed the mold tests. I appreciated that he was very patient in explaining and answering all my questions as well. One cool thing that was really helpful as well was he keeps all pictures from the project on a website, specific to each customer, so we have a record of all the work being done. I completely trusted that he had my best interests at heart and I was in good hands while navigating a hard situation. Thank you Chris! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

I did a blood test of my self in one day no apoitment whit results the same day.. and i havent have my bathroom mold test results in 3 days

Had under the house mold "black mold". They had to come out three times cause they did not get it all the first two times. They sprayed under the house and the spray caused more mold. I had them install a fan with solar panels. They never did this type of installation before. The fan worked one day. They came out to repair and rewire the panels and it is still not working. At this point they have left the job unfinished and nothing is working. Needless to say we spent a lot of money on the panels and their hourly rate to have no fan running under the house. I now have to hirer someone else to complete the job they left unfinished. I will not hirer them in the future and I know next year there maybe mold again.. so unsatisfied.

I primarily worked with Chris and Amber during the process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Our mold problem was remediated quickly and professionally. I hope to never have a mold problem in our house again. However, if I did, we would definitely use Bio Safety Clean!
