Damien was the technician who did all of the work required to prevent pests into coming into my home. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took his time to complete the job and did a final walk through with me to ensure I was comfortable with what he had done. So, far I have not had any issues and I believe I made the right choice choosing Biotech. I am very satisfied with their work and their work comes with a guarantee. Overall, very impressed.

The company was prompt and friendly initially when I contacted them. I had some squirrels living in my attic and just wanted to trap them and remove them. As time goes on, they respond less and less and eventually allowed some trapped animals to die in my attic! Grant it, I don't want them living in my attic, but I don't want them to die! Even after informing them that it took me calling animal control to get someone to come remove the trap. Consequently, I also found out from animal control that they do not have proper license to trap in Maryland! Beware!!

I was called several minutes after applying online; an appointment was set up, he arrived approximately as he said. He accessed the problem areas; explained fully what needed to be done; presented & explained the service contract. Lower rate than was expected, agreed & performed the 3 day service within 1 week. Clifford, the service maintenance, very cordial, & courteous; would recommend his service.

She supposed to send the report to my agent, so that any issues can be addressed and also send to my loan broker to process my loan. However, the Eco Tech agent never bother to send the report, so everything delayed so far. I called her numerous times, but no answer. I'm going to stop my check until she send the report to my agent.
