Everyone I spoke with was very nice and informative. They did move my appointment once due to another job running long. The tech arrived on time and was very nice. Took good care of my home. There were a couple of spots in the grout that didn't come out but everywhere else looks great.

I highly recommend Bio Tile and Grout Restoration! I have used them twice in the last year and a half and both times they have exceeded our expectations. I have limestone that stains very easily from anything acidic. I have had a lot of accidents in the kitchen and butler area. Adam and Jarek came out the first day to make sure we were all on the same page. Then Jarek worked so hard for 3 full days to make our floors perfect. He is so conscientious and really takes his time to do it right. He is a perfectionist. He absolutely went above and beyond what we expected. My husband keeps saying how great of a job these guys did. Absolutely give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

The individuals that came out and worked on the shower stall, did a great job and was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job a lot faster and better than my wife & I could have. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family members. My floor looks like it's brand new! I couldn't believe how dirty it actually was even though I hand scrub the tiles. Tony was great and the gentleman who cleaned my floors was on time and very nice and clean! Wonderful job.

Bio Tile sealed the shower and floor grout in all 3 baths. Tony and Antonio were excellent to work with. I now have maintenance info to protect my grout surfaces and purchased some excellent cleaner as well. It's also good to note that they provide carpet cleaning and other services.

Tony from Bio Tile & Grout Restoration contacted me immediately, offered to work around my work schedule in order to give me an estimate, was professional and helpful and answered all my questions. Tony was able to get the work scheduled the same day and his staff who completed the work explained even further what was recommended and why. I felt very comfortable asking numerous questions and I was amazed at the results. The shower tile issue was fixed and my floor tile was cleaned so thoroughly it looked like it was a new color and brand new! Now I also know how to care for the floor tile in the future.

The grout cleaning of the kitchen floor and entry way did not turn out very good. The person doing the job should have stated before beginning work that the color of the grout will not be consistent after they steam clean. What I ended up with is grout that looks like it has white bleach stains, dark stains and multi tone stains. Nothing like the photos on the web site of before and after.If people are not honest with me when working on my home I will never again use their service or recommend them to anyone. $448 waste of my funds.
