The Atlanta market for purchasing older houses is really hot right now , but tricky! Youâ re being asked to buy homes without due diligence, or the time for a thorough and professional home inspections. Given the age of the properties, many of these homes possibly have environmental health risks such as mold or asbestos. So, for a cancer patient or someone with a compromised immune system, finding a person that really understands environmental risk evaluation/removal, and not just someone thatâ s â certified or licensedâ is a matter of life and death. THANK GOD Jon Kaplan (Inspector) was my guy! Thereâ s probably not enough space here for me to review everything that I have to say about this gentleman. He responded almost immediately. He worked diligently to fit me into his schedule, he was professional, he was patient, he did not â man-explainâ to me, he was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL THINGS MOLD. Jon did not try to sell me a bunch of services or products that I didnâ t need, and when I had a couple of questions he didnâ t have answers to, Jon was honest and told me that he didnâ t know but that he would get answers. Within the day he followed up just like he said he would with answers and recommendations for me. He spent A significant amount of time with me, never made me feel rushed and never looked at his watch. Even though he makes absolutely zero pay for the free quotes (nor as a referral service lol), some things I asked him about (like asbestos removal) were outside the companies realm of services, yet Jon still Took the time to research the matter - totally above-the/rim customer service! The best I can say is, If you smell something or you think you have moisture or something that looks like mold. Donâ t risk the health of your children, your parents or yourself. Call Jon. It cost you nothing for them to come out and put your mind at ease. And if you like me and youâ re not familiar with any of these environmental mumbo-jumbo, Iâ m telling you you want to specifically request Jon! I did some background research and found out his experience with housing and hiding places for this nasty little stuff goes far beyond his employment with bio guard. Iâ m telling you Jonâ s your guy!!!! If youâ re not a bioscientist yourself get bioguard to your place asap and request John as your tech!

I spoke with Dan on a Thursday, to have mold/bacteria testing in my condo, and Friday morning, Oscar arrived for the testing. Oscar was very personable and informative, and did a thorough job. Once I received the test results, Dan walked through those results with me, in detail. Fortunately, my unit is clean, and Dan provided some great advice in order to keep it that way. They are now in my contacts, and if I need their services in the future, or if friends and family need a recommendation, I won't hesitate to hire them again, or to refer them.

Oscar and his team did a fantastic job with mold remediation of my garage/basement. Oscarâ s communication was great throughout the entire project, from getting the estimate to completing the work. He answered all my (many) questions and took the time to explain everything in detail, including how to maintain the area after remediation. The work itself was done very efficiently and nothing was overlooked. Overall a very honest and professional company with a great warranty policy on their work.

Jon, the project manager, managed to get to my house the day I made my call. He evaluated the exterior mold and treated it on the spot. He explained that it was likely to surface mold and how to monitor the treated site for further activity. Excellent service and would definitely use BioGuard Pro again.

Very good. Noel explained in detailed what would be done and answered all of my questions that I had today and offered to answer any when I call him. Professional in performing the air quality tests and got bid out same day for the remediation effort which I will review and compare to my other bidders.

Working with Dan and his team was a pleasure. We were in an emergency situation with my father recovering from open heart surgery and having to move him out for his safety during recovery. Dan handled all issues as they arose in a very professional manner, worked on Sunday's to get my father back in his safe home to finish recovery. Dan was very responsive and answered all the millions of questions I had. I was also able to send him pics and describe the problem and rec'd a very good quote for the work we needed completed. They also test the air quality after removal and leave the machines for a few days to help clear everything out. His guys were awesome including Chris who helped answered questions upon arrival. He explained what he needed to remove and why. We are thankful our problem wasn't that bad and they were quick to respond and provided a very good competitive quote.

Dan and his guys came out and took the very best care of our property. He made the whole experience as painless as possible (which is a lot to be said when you have a leak that has affected three rooms and a walk in closet). The estimate he quoted could not be beat by any other company. He addressed the problem, did a complete dry out and made sure our air was clean before the job was done. We filed this with our insurance and they accepted the claim. Dan also returned to our property when the insurance adjuster came to give us an estimate for repairs. He was phenomenal in explaining why they removed what was removed. (If youâ re like me and youâ re not an expert in leak damage, youâ ll know what a relief it was to have him there for that too). I really canâ t say enough great things about this company. They were quick, thorough, respectful, and affordable. Basically, everything one looks for when having to deal with damage to the home.

Dan came out and looked at a house we were renting. There were 3 active leaks and the management company wouldnâ t make the repairs correctly. Dan not only took readings and examined the house he took the time to tell me what to do to make sure my kids and I were protected from the mold while he dealt with the management company. Canâ t say enough great things about Dan.
