Iâ ll start by saying we have an Samsung refrigerator and have talked with many appliance companies. Eddie is professional, timely and incredibly knowledgeableâ ¦.more so than ANYONE else we have talked to. He provided 3 possible scenarios with pictures of what the issue could be and the repair cost for each one. Once he got here and took our fridge apartâ ¦it looked exactly like the picture for one of the scenariosâ ¦and the cost was exactly what he quoted. He has since followed up multiple time to ensure everything is working as expected. We have found our new repair guy and I couldnâ t recommend him more highly.

Eddie provided outstanding service on my refrigerator repair. He obtained details from me before his arrival which assisted in his diagnosis which ended up 100% correct. He provided price information ahead of time- not what my final price would be but gave me his fixed trip charge in case the appliance could not be repaired and other helpful details. But he waited until he arrived and reviewed my issue before giving me a price which was more than fair. He needed a part and actually immediately went to pick it up and returned promptly and finished the job. Further he followed up with me by text to make sure all was well that evening and the next day. Iâ ve never received finer service. Iâ d recommend him to anyone and will surely call him next time I need help. Thank you !

Had dishwasher issues (yes plural). He (Eddie) was the first to reply to my request for quote and scheduled a visit to our home less than 24 hrs later. He was very communicative and texted both myself and my partner with updates. He showed up when he said he would and once he saw what he was dealing with he was off and running. He explained everything in laymans terms and not only fixed our problem but left us confident in his work and suggestions for future use. I was not home but my partner said that he not only was checking everything and double checking but was very happy to do so and very pleasant to deal with. His pricing was more than fair for the amount of work and time it took to repair our dishwasher. I doubt we will need to look anywhere else for appliance service techs as long as Eddie is around.

If you want a pro to do the job right than you got your guy. Also, he works on all sorts of small appliances so he can be your next go to person for washer dryer etc . Very patient and good guy. On time Looked for the simple fix first Friendly

Hired Eddie and he came out on the same day. I knew I needed to replace a dishwasher latch and stovetop orifices on my Viking appliances, but he needed to do a diagnostic. He confirmed what I stated and I paid him $173.20. He wrote me 5 days later saying he could not find the parts at a reasonable price and was not going to do the repair. I asked for half of my money back since it did not solve my issue. He gave me $45 back for the 2nd appliance diagnostic. I found the parts at Viking.com and Amazon. Both are expected to arrive this week. Total part prices was $138 for both. Now, I am going to have to call someone else to install them and pay full labor again.

I was SO impressed with Eddie s level of service and professionalism. He contacted me the morning after Labor Day and was able to come that afternoon. My dishwasher was dead. We talked about it s previous symptoms and he had a very clear idea of what was wrong. Several other companies told me they would charge a trip charge to diagnose the problem but they didn t carry all the different boards to make repairs so I d have to pay another trip charge when they came back to do the repair. Eddie was fairly sure he had the part on his truck and said he doesn t charge the extra trip charge even if he had to come back. When he arrived he was very businesslike, diagnosed the problem and it turned out he did have the part. Once that was fixed he discovered that something was lodged in the drain, making a terrible noise. He was able to fish out the two items that were causing the problem. Luckily we didn t have to replace the drain or the pump so all I was charged was the extra time. His price was very reasonable and much cheaper than replacing a 5 year old dishwasher with a comparable model. Eddie cleaned up quickly and throughly and I would not hesitate to hire him in the future or to recommend him to my friends. I m so glad to find someone honest and reliable!
