Bob replied to investigate a bird issue in my house, was able to come the next day and did a great assessment and explained options in detail. He a quick and safe extraction, thorough cleaning and properly closed off the access point to prevent future pest access. Highly recommend.

Response time was great. Bob was already at the property when I arrived. He was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Explained the process of the work to be done and followed through the next day and sent pictures of the work. Customer service was the best and we shall see if this process has a happy ending for my property and Mr. Squirrel finds somewhere else to go. I definitely would use this company again without hesitation.

Expensive, tried to upsell me immediately upon entering the house. Charged double what I expected to do a minor job of taping up a vent to control bat entrance, which then came loose and owner would not send person back to fix it.

Ellen I'm sorry you feel that way never an up charge just an inspection fee and an estimate to get rid of your bats the tape and cloth that you supplied didn't work is not covered by us this was an emergency visit that we got there within two hours an 1 1/2 hours away total cost $ 300 total cost total visit four hour's two men if you truly feel that way dont know why you would have us come back out a week later to search for a bat so it could be tested sorry again Bob owner
