Birch's Lawn Care

Birch's lawncare crew do an incredible job of mowing and edging. They are careful about how short to mow for the health of the grass, and efficient without mowing so fast that the grass is uneven. They edge thoroughly, even getting an edge of my driveway that had grassy weeds that I hadn't taken care of yet. We have tried several companies, and I highly recommend Birch's. They are worth every penny.

I had looked at so many lawn companies in the Tri Cites area reading review after review and thought I found one with this company to do weed and feed on the front and back lawn at my house. Well, after two treatments done within 3 weeks of each other I now have chemical burns in many areas of the lawn and it looks worse than when the first treatment was done! I had so many weeds prior to treatment and many more after treatments have been done, but I also know I should have started earlier in the season to get better control. I emailed Chuck asking about him coming to physically look at the grass to make sure that I didn’t have any pest or fungal problems before the 2nd treatment was done and that wasn’t done. He stated in an email that the technicians look prior and make a report if there are any concerns..I feel he is reasonable priced for weed and feed treatments and was the cheapest that I had found, but sometimes you get what you pay for and this was most definitely subpar service! More than likely I will now have to have new Sod put in the areas that have been so badly damaged by his last technician that over treated my grass! I will say Chuck was very good at responding to my emails, to answer my questions, so that I appreciated with his company. I really had high hopes with this company getting my lawn in tip top shape and just so disappointed that it is in now worst shape and having to spend more money to fix the damage that has been done!

I’ve had a few different lawn care companies over the last few years. I’ve been extremely happy with Birch. The crew always shows up, is consistent and does a great job on my yard. I’ve been so pleased to have them care for my yard.

I had Birch Lawn Care complete weekly mowing of my rental property. They did a great job. The were great communicators, responded quickly to questions, and always did great work. Would highly recommend!

Birch's Lawn Care is a fantastic service. My lawn is taken care of. There are never any grass trimmings left. I would recommend this person to every one.
