I try to hire people to do work like powerwashing exterior because I believe hiring a profession, the work should be better than doing it myself. After Birds Beware's service, I am disappointed. The moss on the brick is not fully removed. Although the customer service was polite. But after several rounds of calling, the issue was not solved. I redid the work by myself. The remained moss was removed. It was a waste of my money.
