"Tony and Stacey Signed off on this job on 9/22/2025. They could not get financing and i introduced them to a guy that got them financing. the financing took until December until they finally received it and they asked if we could wait until Jan to start. January came and i had hired an engineer to draw plans up for concrete to submit to the city. At this time that is all they were requiring. It took about 3 weeks to get plans and get them submitted, meanwhile Tony kept calling and asked if there was work we could do without permits? I told him that the only thing we could really do was start the siding. We then started the siding on Jan 12. We removed the Stone on the front and stacked it, removed siding and installed zipwall to dry it in. We got to the electric and realized that the meter needed to be pulled to replace the siding behind it. after having the electrician look at it we realized that the contractor that installed it before had installed incorrectly. Tony told me to have the electrician pull permits for that, meanwhile, we continued the siding finished what we could. after getting the drawings from the engineer and submitting to the city, the city had contacted me and said that they need drawings from and architect. I had then contacted an architect and had him look at the job. He said to give him a couple weeks to get everything back to us. After approximately 3 weeks the architect sent me preliminary drawings. The following day Tony emailed me and said that he didn't want us to continue on the job and to send him an invoice which i did. He said then called and i returned his call the next day and he never got back to me just started filing complaints."
