As the second generation to own the business, having taken over in 1980 for his father, Ken has continued to operate in a manner that puts customers first. Birdwell did an outstanding job installing the single-zone mini split for the office in my shop. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, very reasonably priced, and exceeded my expectations in every way. They arrived right on time and had the entire installation completed in just a matter of hours. Their team was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question I had. I highly recommend Birdwell for anyone needing HVAC work done. I’ll definitely be using them again when I finish building my barndominium.
