"First of all, in regards to these ratings. I was not present at the time of signing contract or anything else for that matter nor was i notified about any of this. The individual that accepted the terms of agreemant with Mr. John , was not in any way authorized to sign or accept with out my consent or approval. In this situation as a small business owner ...i could not agree to the terms that were promised to Mr. John. However, i have offered to make it right by refunding him what was accepted by the individual, in a timely manner. I have kept in contact with the homeowner in assurance that i the business owner will see that its taking care of. I hope this review does not affect your decision with Bishop Boys Concrete. We have many good references and happy customers , unfortunatley this has just been a big misunderstanding."
