Attic or Whole House Fan Installation
Bishop's Electrical Service were very professional, they provided the services that I had requested and were diligent in returning my phone calls and setting up appointments to meet. The technicians that came to install my attic fan were courteous and dependable. One thing that I was not pleased with however was the process of getting a written estimate from them. Before I agreed to the work, they quoted me 3 different amounts. I ended up settling on purchasing the material myself and only paying for the labor. Do the research and understand how much they are charging for materials and get it in writing! This applies to all contractors.

The worst job ever! They were scheduled between 9am and 12pm, but didn't show up until 2pm. They then ran out to the store for over an hour. I was quoted a flat rate, and at the end, they tried to charge me time & materials, which was more than double the flat rate. The left huge holes in my walls that are not easily reparied, and now I have to rip out most of the drywall and repaint a freshly painted room. They did not install the cieling fans as asked, and they threw away the boxes which the fans came in which had the spare parts and remotes, and now I have to order and pay for new ones. The worst contracting job I've ever had.
