Justin and Willian quickly put together an adjusted estimate that was very reasonable and immediately got to work. They were punctual, professional, communicative, and hard working. They even cleaned up the site every night so my yard wasn’t a disaster. I really appreciated their clear and timely communication all along the way. We were so happy with the result that we’ve contracted them to do some other work on the house.

They diagnosed my problem - not a roof leak - and came back to repair the inside damage once we fixed the HVAC issue causing the leak. Justin from Bison Works was great to work with. We had him both replace our roof and paint the outside of his house. When we were going to replace the roof, we had discovered bats had made a nest in one of the gable vents that was screened on the inside instead of the outside, and he was very accommodating while waiting for us to find a company that could remove them, checking in with us consistently while the project was delayed. Once the bats were out, the paining was done very quickly which required the removal of shutters first and then reinstallation afterward. None of the shutters were damaged and his crew was very careful with everything. After the paint was done, he had the roof replaced with a nice standing seam metal one which actually fixed a lot of the entry points that the bat removal company had quoted, significantly reducing what the need and cost of the bat exclusion. He is very reliable and responsive and would be my first contact for any future work.

We needed gutter and siding repair which led to roof replacement also. We ended up in a lengthy battle with our insurance company, but Bison Works was there to advise us and support us throughout the length of the review. They came to our house each time to meet with adjusters and engineers. They did an excellent job with the roof, gutters and siding and followed up with excellent cleanup as well. Justin is exceptional to work with! I would recommend his company to anyone who needs repairs or replacement.

I have known Justin for almost 20 years and he has always been there when his services were needed. I operate out of 4 buildings in Middle Tn for my business and whenever I need something done to keep us going I know who to call. I never question his decision and he has never let me down. Justin and the BisonWorks team helped us after a recent hailstorm resulted in damage to our roof, gutters, siding, paint, etc. They did such a fantastic job we hired them to keep going and to paint half of the interior of our house, add a roof to our existing pergola, and repaint the entire pergola. We could not be happier with the results!! The BisonWorks team was prompt, courteous, and above all they did a fantastic job! You can tell they care about their customers and the jobs they work on, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. Next time we need something done, inside or out, we'll be calling Justin again.

We hired BisonWorks to replace our roof. They worked very well with our insurance company and even negotiated on our behalf to get more covered than was in the initial quote. Their crew worked from 6:30am until after 9:00pm to make sure the job was 100% done, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. There was a little bit of damage to the backyard, but they comped us for the damage and made it right. Very knowledgeable team and hard-working crew!
