I had the pleasure of working with Terry and her team at Bitarchitects to help me get a building permit and certificate of occupancy. This location had no architectural plans so Terry had to start from scratch. They were able to achieve the goal and also help me through the permitting process along the way. My one year working with Bitarchitects has been nothing short of smooth, professional, and excellent. Terry and Nour are simply awesome! I value their honesty and transparency. Terry 's attention to details and extensive knowledge of relevant codes and regulations made for easy designing on my part as the plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineer on her projects. I also appreciated that she delivered the work on time and kept her promises to myself and the client. Similarly, any changes requested by the client after completion of the project were swiftly accommodated by Terry at no additional cost —a clear testament to her priority of outstanding customer service. The three months of Bitarchitects internship have taught me a lot. They answered many curious questions. Their views about architectural drawings, design, ethics of the profession, the attitude of a trainee, and their contemporary architect's works were very specific which allowed me to see things with the view of a practitioner rather than a student.

I fulfilled all the tasks and projects assigned to his among which the Apartment in Washington DC, the Laveda Salon & School, the Payne Multi-Family Residence , the Dani's Helping Hand, starting from 3D modeling to final renders, with architectural precision and determination. I also had an amazing experience with Bitarchitects Company like how to deal with clients with their project in professional way, also team work, me and my colleagues supported and learned from each others with projects and others.

Terry, Noor, and the whole team were incredibly professional and helpful with my project. I needed them to draft plans for an existing structure and they produced an outstanding bundle for me to submit to the county. The process was collaborative and they kept me informed on how things were going and what additional information they needed, and they also were great about including elements I wanted to see reflected in the plans. I highly recommend them and will likely hire them again if and when I decide to put an addition on my home.

Terry and Nour were spectacular. They worked with an incredibly difficult permit officer to have our plans approved for construction. They drew out the plans, edited per our changes, and then edited several more times per the permit officerâ s many changes. Highest level of expertise, professionalism, and customer service from this firm. And to add icing to the cake, they had super competitive pricing.
