Took over a year to finish. Electrical had to be re-wired because it was wired unsafe. I hired my own Master election to fix everything. Company dumped drywall mud down floor drain. in basement that contaminated wooded area behind house. Realized after that drain was damaged and no longer drains. Workers called me after telling me they were never paid for their work and that was why it took so long. Total nightmare. Recently had to re-do drywall in basement because of water leak. The person doing the work couldn't believe how bad the framing underneath was. Unstable boards not enough screws per foot etc. Alot of problems.

The deck was installed in the time-frame I was quoted. When it was finished there were a couple items we originally didn't see on the final inspection. I called they came right out within a couple days and all was done. I would have no issue calling them again for any future work I might need done.

We used Bitner Brothers to remodel our shower to include ADA components. We did our homework and contacted a few other contractors (Some didn't even provide a quote and they were highly rated), including a nationally known company (They were cheaper but more restrictive on what they would do, wanting to just get in and get out in a day). Bitner presented a competitive quote accommodating the special construction requests we had and in the time frame we were hoping for. We felt establishing a relationship with a local contractor would be beneficial as future projects develop for our home. They gave us ample time to think it over, never nagging us (The national company wanted an answer right then). Scotty, Johnnie and Dave were clean, professional, and respectful in our home. As no home project is without its issues (You never know the true construction of your home until you open a wall), a good contractor will be transparent and present solutions. The guys kept us informed of the progress, presented any issues, involved us in the decision making, and notifying the office team which quickly located the material we need to finish the job. To be honest we did have a couple of miscommunications, and they were using a new project managing software which gave them fits, but the positive far outpaced any negative. We are very happy with our new shower and the safety it now provides. We certainly would use Bitner Brothers on a future project!

They are horrible and they are very awful.

Don't waste your time with this crook! You will not get a detailed job by dedicated contractors to their profession. What you will get is unskilled laborers with unchecked backgrounds doing shoddy work. Charles is a liar and an instigator trying to ensure the workers are at odds with the homeowners. Once he gets your money he is done with you and could care less if the job is done right. He doesn't even do a final walk-through with you to ensure you are satisfied and all aspects of the job are finished per the contaract. Stay away from this crook. Charges way too much for what skill level he is offering you. Champagne prices for bottled water prices.

I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks to gut out a room pending not other issues. There were a few issues that was resolved the project took them almost 5 weeks to complete

Bitner Brothers did an excellent job and completed the work in agreed upon time and I was well pleased.

DO NOT USE BITNER BROTHERS According to our contract the estimated completion date was the end of June, it now November and still needs a safety issue fixed before completion. He has been notified several times and still no response from he VERY FRUSTRATED. Again do not use them, I’m not sure how he stays in business.

Almost a year to not even finish my windows. The project started in late fall of 2017 and they never installed all the windows promised . They tried to cover up rotten wood on the sills of my home and accused me of not being around , because I lived in Florida , But , their equipment was in my home and they had access to my garage And my home from the neighbor having the key for them to finish. Charles Bitner is a crook and liar . I would not allow him on my property

They were never here by the time that I was told. The job was done within a few days of contacting them but some of the trim on the under side of the overhang was not caught. So I need to contact the contractor to fix this.

Very Poor experience.

The final product came out beautifully. They are super responsive and came in with the best quote by far. They do not cut corners.

Work has been very good. Had some issues with delays from suppliers, and they are handling it the best they can. They are doing a good job.

Impressed as the owner himself came out to check the job

Every time we agreed to do something they said we ended up changing it. I have never been treated so bad in my life I would recommend no one to hire them. Their communication is what is causing the problems as well as the poor workmanship

Despite some miscommunication regarding the project start date, Charle’s team did an excellent job in timely manner. They proved to me the big window companies are a total ripoff. Bitner Bros provided a good product and service to match for half the price.

Their team (Howie, David, Jeromy) was top notch! Did a excellent job, including clean-up! I would Highly recommend them to others!

The repairs they did for us were done in a timely manner and the work appears to have solved our leaking problem. The office staff was diligent in updating us and the work was actually done quicker than originally promised.

Bitner Brothers Construction just replaced my Shed Roof today 10/21/2017. I decided to disregard the old outdated review and I'm glad I did. I found the company to be Professional and diligent. Julie, Ryan, and Larry were good communicators addressing any issue I had and helping me come to an informed decision. I'd call it "Team Bitner" and they are on your side. The Atlas Roof they installed is far superior to the old GAF I was familiar with in the past. Julie put together and walked me through the process of getting a package with one year 0% interest loan. Ryan explained the advantages of using an Atlas Roofing System and Larry installed only what was needed to do the best possible job. They fit me in too so this would get done before winter. Highly recommend

The work done appears to be quality work. There seem to be some communication issues within the company, but overall they were friendly and did a good job.
