I understand the need to keep the crew working so when supplies were not available, he picked up another job or two, which delayed getting started and finished. That gets to be pretty old after a bit. Our son and family who live in the house, finally let him go his way because the final finish work was going to slip another ten days or more for them to get back. When the final bill came, it wasn't detailed. Then our son asked that a detailed breakout be sent to us so we could file with our insurance. That's been over a month ago, we are still waiting. Our son did send us a copy.

He was very easy to work with, good clean up, very conscientious in their work. I was very impressed, I look at a door that did not have the right, he came the next day with a new door because he did not like the color. It was a very good job.
