I am pleased to say he knew what needed to be done and successful at getting the drain unclogged. Also, suggested information to prevent the clogging to occur again. Shayne was very professional and knowledgeable, giving information to help prevent future problems. He came to clear drain blockage in tub and toilets. Then had to come back to clear kitchen drain. Very friendly and would call him again should I have any more problems. Need a plumber, look for Biven's Plumbing and support our local businesses. And no, I am not related to him lol.
