Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install

First, the laminate I had installed LESS THAN ONE YEAR AGO is already buckling and the trim is pulling up in several places. Second, none of the basebnoards meet the floors, which created huge gaps in most rooms. Third, the carpeting was installed poorly (very fast); the carpet on the staircase is wavey, is pulling away from the stairs, and, in general, looks horrible! When I asked Michael Bjers to fix it, he never showed up to my house. The job was inexpensive, but the installation was terrible, do NOT use this company!!!

This guy was great!! He was going to take 3 days to do the job and they got it done in 2. He did little extra's without raising the price and told and showed me the things they were doing. I can't wait to use him again that's when I get another house!!! I will tell everybody and anbody about Mike. I will only use him in the future........

They did an absolutely fabulous job on a very challenging carpet install on stairs. After the job was complete I had one concern about how one of the steps appeared and they came back the same day to fix it! Wonderful pricing and excellent communication and service!
