Very professional in a business like manner. Chris was attentive with decision making and on key point on removing 2 large dead trees and over some 50 stumps. The clean up was complete upon job completion. Overall it took 2 cold days, but they got the job finished and left the property manageable. We'll be bringing him back in the spring of 2020.

After some frustrating delays for both of us (street repairs, mechanical breakdowns, bad weather) Chris and his crew were able to come out and remove two mature dead Norway Spruce, thin out two Silver Maples, and grind three stumps. I am pleased with the work they did, and appreciated that they warned me in advance that some of my landscaping might be damaged because of the difficulty in reaching the two spruce trees. So happy to have it all done!

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable honest. Removed 7 large and 2 small trees including stump grinding. Also limbed up two large trees and did structural pruning on others. Did a great job working around existing landscaping which was tight. The price for the work was very good. I will be calling them in the future for additional work. Very please!

Chris and Black Bear were awesome. They came out in the morning, assessed damages and were able to clear everything out that same afternoon. They paid extra care in moving the tree and their equipment across my lawn and they didn’t damage anything. Great work, highly recommended.

Chris called me back within 24 hours and gave me an appointment for an estimate. He gave me a fair price to cut down a very large maple tree. He was very professional and easy to work with. The yard was cleaned up after the removal. I would highly recommend Chris - he was on time, fair price, and a fantastic young man to work with.

This company took 11 months and did not complete the project it started. Thankfully I received a partial refund.
