black bear sprinkler repair was great to work with. They were responsive, and had a very quick turn around time. Talmage knew exactly what was wrong with the sprinklers and quickly fixed the issue (punctured pipe). We were so impressed with them, we had them come back to do a general maintenance on the sprinklers. They identified some issues and suggested ways to fix them, but I never felt like he was trying to push something on me that we didn’t actually need. It was a breath of fresh air working with someone who was professional and wasn’t trying to squeeze every last penny out of me. I would absolutely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their sprinkler system.
