We called Black Bird in to salvage our floating stair project after we made several rookie mistakes and ended up without functioning stairs. Adam was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, neat, communicative, great value for the money all the way around. They saved us from ourselves by re-measuring angles properly, retaining most of the original materials we had ordered for the project, and re-fabricating the old stringer (stair brace) for our floating steps. The end result is fantastic. Adam and Mike are two of the most competent tradesmen we have ever worked with.
