This is to let everyone know that Breathe Healthy, LLC is a wonderful company! They responded to my request immediately, before I was actually ready (due to the holiday season). They kept in constant contact with me to make sure that they could put me in as soon as I was ready. When I had them come out they resolved 80% of my issues in one day! I was more than pleased with the work that they performed and how they also cleaned up after themselves. I will certainly call them first for any other issues I might have. Jon with Breathe Healthy is a true professional and you can believe what he says. Jon showed up when he said he was going to, did his job quickly and is a pleasure to work with. I will be using him again!

My only suggestion is that they be clear in who are they sending. We were expecting the person we spoke to on the phone and someone else showed up in a personal car and he did not have an official office, when we tried to follow up with them. Looks like they used a subcontractor to get the work done. Which was fine, but would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Otherwise, things went really well and the report provide invaluable to our efforts to address mold at our elementary school.

Mr Creason was very professional and prompt. He took time to expain what could happen and there was no hidden fees. I paid exactly what was quoted.

They did good work

The hard part was getting them started on the job, partly because of the snow storm in Atlanta. Once they got me on their schedule there was never a problem. They estimated within dollars of what I paid. They cleaned the mold out of my crawlspace and the odor and allergy went away in a day. I rarely rate anything with a 5. This crew deserves the five I gave them.

They did a good job but were to give me back half the cost of the new bathroom vanity that I paid for. It has been three months and I have not seen a check yet. The work was good but the followup is bad. I quess you can't let the contractor owe you money. I paid them 5/28/10 and it is now mid August and still have not seen the money they owe me

Jon was very knowledgeable and understanding. His team was diligent and walked us through every portion of the home explaining what they did after completion of the mold removal. Our post results were excellent!!!
