Found the mice! it was a difficult thing in our attic, they were not where we thought and he spent a lot of time finding their nest and successfully did so. Thanks!

This company's warantee goes out 6 months. They come out on initial visit, again 2 wks later & then monthly until 2 consecutive months, they do not see any bugs. Truly, I caught it very early & immediately bagged or tossed everything & vac'd the bedrooms. We haven't seen any bugs since our first discovery. Monetarily, they were comparable to other companies. They also offer a payment plan if you need it. Same tech visited both times now. Important to follow the prep plan they send to you. Can't believe we had this issue. I am a clean freak. These bugs can be picked up ANYWHERE. Routinely check your mattresses underneath & any box springs. I recommend highly. Chrissy at the office is great. The only reason I rated a 4 on quality is bc we haven't completed the process. Will be able to tell if after treatment is done & a few months further.

Well, he tried his best is all I can say. Hired to remove the smelling dead animal under the front deck. Unable to reach or find but he could smell it under the porch. Said it would dissipate in a few days and we are still smelling it in my house after week. No sense in calling them back out because they had nothing to deodorize the smell of the decomposing animal nor could find it originally. I paid for basically someone to tell me yes it was a dead animal and yes it is coming from under the deck which I already knew. He was nice enough to bug spray around the deck since green flies were nasty and getting into my house. But do not have any results to give better review or recommendation to my friends and family.

They were the first company to contact me. They addressed my issue right away, the same day. They gave me a very reasonable price for the job. I saw results immediately. I can t complain. I was so happy I signed up for a quarterly plan to keep the critters in check. We will see how that goes but overall I m satisfied with everything. Thanks!
