Our Electrical team worked cohesively with Black diamond construction to get the electrical work done on the deck build they were doing. The deck work was probably some of the cleanest construction I’ve seen done. We specifically worked with Aaron. He communicated great and kept the project on time! This Contractor is a well oiled machine and I’m looking forward to working with them again!

Where other contractors were quoting me 30-40% higher prices and estimating work times up to a month, three or four months down the road, Aaron and his crew fit me in their summer schedule and delivered a gorgeous deck with plenty of add-ons (like waterproofing underneath) in just 9 days of work. Aaron is personable, provides excellent advice on materials and aesthetics, is honest and negotiates with ease. He’s the real deal, not the salesman sent out by a big company that will nickel and dime every decision. Best, he believes in delivering excellent results, and it shows. My quality of life just got better thanks to this incredible new deck!

Absolutely amazing job! He was very easy to work with and was able to the work in a timely manner. We vetted about 8 contractors his price was comparable to others. The reason we went with him was the pictures of other projects and he did not disappoint. I love the finishing touches he did.

Aarron was super knowledgeable and honest with expectations for what they could do and what it would take to get to the desired end result, also super fair priced some of the other companies offering the same products and expectations where quoting 2-3x the cost. The crew did an absolutely phenomenal job, they were super friendly and approachable for questions while maintaining excellent professionalism, and the end result surpassed our expectations by leaps and bounds even with some of the different and potentially difficult requirements with our house being as old as it is (1957). They were replacing our old deck and we feel like this new deck looks amazing and the style and materials matches our house PERFECTLY!!!

Their bid was way more reasonable than the others. They removed the rotten deck and rebuilt and reinforced the underside. Replaced with Trex decking. Took less than 2 days and looks beautiful. Quick, clean and respectful of the surroundings. I would recommend them.
