Courteous and friendly. Carpet and chair are like new again.

They did a great job, very professional. Got me in right away-even on a Sunday! I was really impressed by that. When I was concerned that it was going to stay damp too long they put 2 of their heavy duty driers in different places even though they assured me it would be dry in 4-5 hours. So their customer service is great. The only thing that I didn't like was they didn't take credit cards.

The reason I only gave four stars was they had a scheduling mix up on the day we initially scheduled and they had to reschedule us. The mistake was on their end and they were very apologetic. I had no complaints about the work they did though, and would hire them again.

He did a great job,in spite of having to do it all himself, without a helper. It dried quickly and let us get back to living.

This carpet is over 14 yrs old and had been cleaned multiple times. It has never looked this good since it was new. We are extremely pleased.

They showed great care and respect for our property -- down to the owner's very specific instructions to his apprentice on how to take extra care to protect the new wall and trim paint.

They were prompt, courteous and gave advice when I asked for it.

I forgot to include the upstairs hallway, but they cleaned it anyway! They were thorough and organized in their work. My house now feels clean enough to invite the in-laws for a visit.

marty and his crew was puntual and got to work. very professional and thorough. happy with the work and will have them come back again. My son suddenly found out that he is allergic to cat hair and I have a siamese.

Great work and the furniture especially turned out clean as new.....maybe better.

Great job......though there was deviation from the initial quote, I did understand the reason (more cushions on the sofa than known), but it would have been good to have actual cost presented before the work began. My husband complained to me that I paid more than he expected without discussing it. Would use them again, though would confirm the quote when they arrived.

Our walls were covered with soot and the carpet was filthy (the house had been empty for 6 months before we purchased it). We were static with the result! Marty & his crew took care of all it plus the bedrooms' carpets, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were like new! Our house was spotless before we moved in! Definitely worth our investment!
