Brett was a huge help. Quick response during busy season. Got my old sprinkler system up and running which needed some wiring fixes.

My husband, James, called three other places for help with an issue we were having but they were three weeks out and didn't seem very anxious for our business. We called Black Diamond, they answered the phone, she was very pleasant, could get us in next week, maybe sooner for a property on Orchard Mesa. We were having another issue at our home in the Redlands, and two hours later, the owner Brett showed up on our doorstep and fixed our problem! He was knowledge and efficient. He even offered to stop by the house to check on things when we are gone for an upcoming trip. Wow!

They did an amazing job replacing my sprinkler heads for a decent price. Greatly appreciate their hard work.

Brett was hired by our lawn care person who dealt with him when our sprinkler system needed repair. Brett kept me waiting multiple days, not showing up or even returning phone calls and texts. He charged $85.00 an hour so apparently his time is very valuable but all the hours I spent waiting on him to be a no show has no monetary value. Will never hire again and do not recommend even tho he did finally get my repair done two weeks after it was supposed to be completed.

Brett was awesome! Super quick responses, and fixed my problem faster than I could tell him what was wrong. I know who I will be using in the future for my irrigation!!!

I was very impressed with Brett at Black Diamond Irrigation. I called to get someone out to look at our irrigation system and he came out the same day spoke with me looked at the problem told me what we needed and didn’t try to get more done then what was necessary to fix the issue. He told me he would get the parts and come back the next day to get it up and running. He did exactly what he said he would do and finished with no problems. I was definitely impressed with the billing also. Great job!!

Brett did not do any of the work himself as 2 young gentleman showed up who didn?t even know who Brett was. After their phone call?s, they did the main part of the yard yet not the 3 sections were originally quoted on. (They came at 11:30 AM on April 28th and again on the 30th) I reached out to Brett about continuing/finishing? ManyTexts were exchanged (and kept) with different prices. Without going into further detail, he was immediately paid and parties parted on neutral terms.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Brent of Black Diamond Irrigation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He turned on my irrigation system and repaired broken sprinklers.
