Black Diamond Pool and Spa

There is absolutely no question that I'll be calling Black Diamond again with any of my spa needs. I contacted a different place here in Longmont and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. A week later, without hearing back from the first place, I reached out to Black Diamond. Brian got back to me that evening and promised to squeeze me in the next day. He lived up to his promise and showed up that evening. He completed the repairs in a very timely manner and communicated throughout the entire process. If you need any sort of help with a pool or spa, I definitely recommend reaching out to Black Diamond!

Great turn-around time. Black Diamond came as scheduled and only 2 days after my initial HA request. I did feel like the price was a little high for the amount of work performed, however due to the hazards of performing an acid wash and cleanup it was worth the money. I wasn't willing to tackle this project myself so paying to have it done was worth the grand.

I have a unique above ground pool and Brian and his team were right on time (in fact, called 45 mins ahead of their arrival to tell me when they'd be here) and opened my pool for the season. They gave me tips on how to maintain it myself (types of brooms, chlorine tablets, etc.) and opened it quickly and professionally. I'm new to this and knew nothing about pools but now, thanks to Brian et al., I also feel like a pro who can handle my own pool. Thanks guys!!!

Brain is very attentive, fast response, always texts back in a timely manner. Compared to past services we have used Black Diamond's work is extremely thorough and we are very pleased.

Black Diamond is the BEST company I have ever had. I used to specifically request Brian when he worked for a previous company and it was always hard to get a hold of him because everyone else wanted him specifically as well. I am so glad that he's gone out on his own, he's very responsive and does superb work! We already have our pool open for the year and I can't say enough great things!
