Black Diamond Roofing, LLC

Great company! Kurt was very professional, and they did a great job with our flat roof! 100% recommended!

Outstanding!

They gave us an estimate and an expected start time, but actually came the next day after we agreed to a contract. Job appears to be done very well. After the first rain, it proved to be waterproof! We're very happy and will use them for every roof issue in the future.

Excellent job done and very prompt.

Roof looks great.

They came and examined the work to be done and promised to have their estimate to me by that evening or the next day. I have never heard from them again.

An exceptional job, hard working, good quality, fair price...highly recommended

Quick response, good price, got the job done quickly.

In June I hired Mr. Pasionek (Black Diamond Roofing) to replace the valley shingles and stop a roof leak. I was not very happy with the results (see my June 24th review), but the job seemed to be done. In early November I was clearing leaves from the gutters when I noticed what seemed to be an abnormal amount of shingle granules in the gutter. I was concerned the shingles Black Diamond installed were failing. On November 8th I called Mr. Pasionek and explained my concern. He remembered the job, and said he would be out Monday or Tuesday of the following week to check (11/10 or 11/11). He did not come out. I talked to him on Wednesday the 12th. He vaguely remembered my call. He then questioned whether he had even done the job. Luckily I had required receipt in June (he had not offered one). He promised to be out the following Monday or Tuesday. Again a no show. I passed on a free lunch so as to be home. Another roofing company gave an unbiased opinion of the valley job. He said it was ok, but Black Diamond had not done a complete job. They had stopped replacing valley shingles 4 rows short of the top of the valley. Black Diamond had not done what I had ordered and paid for.The 2nd company estimator also said there was no excuse for Black Diamond not to have not matched the color initially. Also, a search of the corporate registrations in Tallahassee indicates Black Diamond Roofing LLC is an inactive company as of 2012. It also appears they should have pulled a permit for the job as it was for more than $750. They had not.

Woud recommend

They did quick work. Great price and no issues!

Just moved into our home two weeks ago from out of state. Not knowing anyone, we blindly called many, many roofers to fix a leak that occurred after heavy rains. Out of the 11 companies that I phoned, Kurt was the ONLY one that returned my call !!! He came out later in the day, inspected the area and returned the next day to fix the problem. He was professional, on-time and took photos to share with me of the damage, the process he took to correct and the finished area. Thank you, thank you Black Diamond... you saved the day!!!

Response was quick to fix a leak in my roof valley. Charged $850 to replace the valley shingles. Was told it may be very high for the work done(4 hour 2 man job). Assured me they would match the color of the existing shingles. When they did not they argued that the existing shingles were stained. I held out, & they finally admitted they got the wrong color. Had to redo the repair. They should have seen the mismatch B4 they were 3/4 done. Found wrappers on the lawn after they left. Did not haul away the old shingles. Left them in the trash bucket leaving no room for our refuse.

They were very expensive. For one hour job on a first floor roof to fix leak at vent they charged me $$ 650. Last year another company fixed vent leak on second floor roof for $$ 300.

They responded very fast and took care of my problem

they did very good work,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and fast and they cleaned up ,,,,,GREAT

I was very satisfied with the quick response and clear understanding of what was causing the leak and what had to be done to rectify it. Other companies were unable to get the job done as quickly. Kurt gave me an estimate one day and the repair was done the following day. Overall it was a very timely and outstanding well done job.

Very responsive! I would recommend them to anyone.
