This is a fantastic chimney service company. I will always use them.

Was on time, did exactly what needed to be done.

I would not recommend them to my worse enemy.

They couldn’t have been anymore honest and knowledgeable. Their bid was one seventh of the cost of the other bid I got. Also, they weren’t trying to up sell me. They did what I needed, no more, no less. The work they did was timely and excellent.

Our tech was very good and helpful. He was very learned in telling me about the status of my fireplace as to what I needed to make my fireplace safe to use! He cleaned up after the work was done and he was super at being efficient! I will be using them again next year for our clean up!

Cordial worker. A very slight mess was left in the floor, but mostly kept the space clean. The cleaning and inspection was a decent price, but the other services seemed a bit pricey. They could be comparable to other ones. You'll have to investigate that. Would recommend, mostly due to the fact that they're the only company that serves my area.

We bought a home with a fireplace He was to clean and inspect. He cleaned OK, but I found out after he left that the slide that opens and closes fthe damper is broke. You'd think that I something worth mentioning

They were prompt and completed the job

I had trouble lighting a gas insert fireplace. He called my home almost immediately. He walked us through the lighting process which was successful. He didn't charge us. He said he would rather walk us through than to come out and charge us $80.00. Customer first! Will use him exclusively for future needs.

Took a little bit to get ahold of them but service scheduled quickly. Fair price and friendly staff. We will be using them again.

Cleaned gutters and did a fine job.

I wanted just an estimate, which was $180. I was going to use the 18 yr. old up the street. Instead of just an estimate, he went on and did the job! And charged me $180. And said I told him to do the job! I told him no, I just wanted an estimate. $180 For a gutter clean on a generic ranch style house? I called him and told him the situation. I told him I will not pay $180. I told him I'll pay $100. He relented. I'll send a check tomorrow.

They completed the job which was quite expensive and I thought problem was fixed because of their assessment and work. However, later I noticed I still had some of the same issues and called him. He said he was driving and to text him my address and he'd check into it. I did that immediately but I've never heard a word from him since that time.

Took the time to explain what was be done and did a satisfactory job.
