Project: Repair Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Wanted to charge me $620 for part that cost $22 completely tried to rip me off then said if i signed up for there service plan $15 a month they would discount it to $545 they also said I would need replace my furnace motor another $620 then almost had me talked into buying a new furnace I would absolutely not recommend this company total ripoff.

Because of the age of my furnace the tech spent more time trying to sell me a new furnace rather than repairing mine. Their pricing seems pretty high.

I was very pleased with Black Hills! They got my heat pump and furnace up and running, rather quickly! Plus, I, now have a new high-tech thermostat, which allows me to set and change the temperature, at any time. And with their maintenance plan, I get an automatic inspection and filter replacement every 6 months! I should have hired them, first!

Roy the Electrician is amazing! Super knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, and went above and beyond even as I changed scopes and things while he was onsite. Will recommend to everyone for any sort of electrical work.
